The Warranty Specialist is responsible for managing the warranty claims process to maximize recovery and ensure customer satisfaction. This position involves maintaining strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and vendors while ensuring efficient processing of all warranty claims and related activities. The role also supports store employees by providing guidance on warranty procedures.
