Responsible for the profitable growth of the precision farming business in the store.



  • Responsible for driving sales and providing sales support of all Precision Farming Systems to our Stores in the assigned territory
  • Responsible for assisting Store operations in determining stocking levels of Precision Farming systems and parts to support the business
  • Perform installation and setup of Precision Farming Systems
  • Support Service Department technical support needs with installation , setup, delivery of  units/systems
  • Conduct product demonstrations, seminars and clinics for customers in our Stores, at trade shows, and at any other venues as needed
  • Coordinate and conduct training sessions on Precision Farming Systems for our employees to better equip them to successfully sell the systems
  • Coordinate and conduct training sessions on Precision Farming Systems and software for Customers
  • Work with Stores and manufacturers to resolve issues that arise with Precision Farming Systems
  • Liaise with the manufacturers as needed, develop and maintain a strong relationship with these vendors, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for working with Stores to ensure all subscription services are properly managed  
  • Other projects/duties as assigned


  • Degree in Precision Ag
  • Knowledge of various correction signals used in Precision Farming
  • Demonstrated strong customer focus
  • 2 - 5 or more years of work experience in related Precision Farming positions
  • Demonstrated strong sales skills including the ability to sell opportunities, ideas, and concepts
  • Effective at time management and multi-tasking
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently resolve customer conflicts
  • Ability to clearly communicate objectives, feedback, and manage through influence
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-pace, changing environment
  • Demonstrated client service skills and the ability to develop strong business relationships
  • Demonstrated strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
