    Titan Machinery operates one of the largest networks of full service agricultural and construction equipment stores in North America. We operate over 100 stores across North America and Europe. We are a very dynamic and progressive organization always searching for great people to become a part of the team.  


    The principal function of the Business Manager is to provide administrative and general support to the Area Sales Manager. This is a highly visible position to both our customers and employees and works closely with the Area Sales Manager in the operation of successful Stores.


    • Work with all Department Managers and the sales team to optimize the business
    • Ensure that company polices and processes are being followed
    • Work with all Department Managers to meet or exceed the performance goals for their Store
    • Work with the sales team through the CRM process to maximize sales through efficient sales and marketing efforts and building strong customer relationships
    • Act as backup support for Store Administrators
      • Daily cash balance reconciliation
      • Accounts payable
      • Accounts receivable
      • Time clock corrections and reporting
      • Sales and Rental paperwork
      • DPO logs
    • Assist the Area Sales Manager with wholegoods administration as required.
    • Responsible for working with the Area Sales Manager and Store Administrators to ensure that the Stores are SOX compliant
    • Other duties as assigned


    • 3 or more years of experience in the Agriculture or Construction Equipment business or a related industry
    • Keen attention to detail and a high level of initiative and ability to work independently
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently
    • Effective at time management and multi-tasking
    • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-pace, changing environment
    • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
    • Strong customer relations and phone skills
    • Acounting/bookkeeping experience
    • Computer-proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and ability to learn new systems quickly
    • Demonstrated strong leadership skills including personal integrity and character
    • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
    • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
    • Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
    • Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
