  • Overview

    This position is responsible for providing accounts information support for JD Edwards Address Book and CRM On Demand

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver quick and accurate follow-up for questions submitted to the Accounts Information team by phone and/or email for the following systems JDE and CRM
    • Determine appropriate resolution of issues related to these systems
    • Integrate customer and vendor information into JDE and CRM from new store acquisitions
    • Perform follow-up with users to ensure issues are handled efficiently and correctly
    • Become an expert in JDE and CRM systems, and pass the knowledge onto users
    • Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • High School Diploma or GED Certificate
    • Experience using JDE and CRM preferred
    • Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
    • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
    • Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
    • Ability to travel on a limited basis and work flexible hours

    Physical Requirements

    Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
