The Service Advisor supports the Service Manager in proactive customer communications regarding quotes, scheduling of service work, job status, and proactively scheduling warranty work. This role is also responsible for communicating effectively within the service department, and between other departments in the store.
Medium Work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
