    Titan Machinery operates one of the largest networks of full service agricultural and construction equipment stores in North America. We operate over 75 stores across North America and Europe.     The principal function of Machine Control and Laser Systems Specialist is to facilitate the Machine Control and Laser System business throughout the Titan Machinery organization in a manner to meet the company objectives by effectively planning, developing, and implementing the company strategy, and activities for the Machine Control and Laser System products within the assigned Region. This includes communication with stores and vendors to establish proper processes for installation, support, and promotion of the products to facilitate activities to meet the respective sales and support revenues within the stores in the assigned Region.


    • Responsible for supporting the Machine Control and Laser System business sales activities at our stores
    • Facilitate the development of quotes for standard packages to be offered with each wholegoods unit quoted and/or sold
    • Facilitate the development of a sales budget for stores within the assigned Region
    • Maintain applicable market data and trends for Machine Control and Laser System business within the assigned Region
    • Conduct product setup and demonstrations for customers in our stores, at Trade Shows, and at any other venues as needed
    • Coordinate and conduct training sessions on Machine Control and Laser System for our employees to better equip them to successfully sell and support the systems
    • Coordinate with stores and develop appropriate stocking levels of Machine Control and Laser Systems and accessories
    • Work with stores and manufacturers to resolve issues that arise with machine control systems
    • Responsible for supporting the technical support needs of the stores in the assigned Region
    • Liaison with the machine control manufacturers as needed
    • Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Required:

      • 5 plus years of work experience in related Machine Control positions
      • Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict

      • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time and work flexible hours

      Physical Requirements

      Heavy Work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
