    Titan Machinery needs to add experienced Parts Sales Experts to our team!  As a Parts Department Manager, you will be a valued member of Team Titan by:

    Responsibilities

    • Taking Care of Our Customers:  Build and manage a parts team that gives our customers an exceptional experience.
    • Being an Expert:  Review stock orders, manage inventory, and achieve manufacturer dealer standards for your market.
    • Showing Commitment to Excellence Manage a friendly and professional Parts team that gets the right parts to our customers quickly, and knows how to find a part even if it’s not in stock at their dealership. 
    • Being Safe:  Be a role model of personal safety, and show a focus on always keeping yourself and your team members safe. 

    Qualifications

    This position is a great fit for your career if you:

    • Have 2+ years of related work and/or related military experience
    • Are motivated to lead a team in a fast-paced work environment
    • Enjoy spending time on a computer, and working with spreadsheets and computer programs
    • Love to work with customers face-to-face
