Overview

Join the Titan Machinery Application team as a Product Support Manager to oversee all aspects of the assigned store(s) Parts and Service business, build and lead high-performing teams, and exceed operational and business goals. We are looking for a candidate that brings sales and sales management experience, with the abiltiy to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Financial and Performance Management: Understand and communicate key financial drivers, utilize management team to ensure that departments across the area meet our parts and service goals and financial targets  
  • Customer Interaction and Experience: Lead customer-facing and business teams to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Team Leadership and Development: Attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent who are collaborative and customer-focused, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Policy and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and processes, including ethical transaction management and performance management in line with company guidelines. Additionally, uphold environmental, health and safety regulations

Qualifications

Required: 

  • 3+ years’ related experience and/or related military experience 
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work flexible hours 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate high performing teams of employees to achieve successful financial and operational results 
  • Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
