Required:
- 2+ years of related experience in service, parts, or precision technology.
- 2+ years of mechanical experience related to diagnostics of mobile electrical (12- or 24-volt DC) and hydraulic systems.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to do occasional same day and overnight travel
- Ability to work flexible hours as business/customer needs require
- Ability to operate agricultural equipment for the purpose of demonstration and training.
- Technical writing skills.
- Able to troubleshoot products and systems over the phone with customers and technicians.
- Demonstrate strong customer focus.
- Written and verbal customer relations and communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite Software
- Time management and presentation skills.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of competitive machines and precision Ag machinery.
- Demonstrate sales skills conducive to assisting in the sales of precision products.
