Titan Machinery is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Wholegoods Inventory Specialisty to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you’ll support our store teams by managing the entire life cycle of wholegoods inventory tag numbers—from procurement through settlement. Your efforts will ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory management, order tracking, equipment transfers, program reconciliation, and more.

• Process order fulfillment requisitions from General Managers and Area Sales Managers promptly and accurately.
• Track and reconcile inventory orders using OEM systems, resolving discrepancies through effective communication.
• Coordinate daily equipment and floorplan transfers across store locations.
• Understand and apply Titan Machinery’s internal programs and manufacturer wholesale and retail programs.
• Reconcile and collect on unpaid manufacturer programs each month.
• Review and validate daily sales packets and Intellivue worksheet submissions.
• Process electronic settlements and warranty registrations with CNHi Capital.
• Assist in quarterly physical inventory reconciliation.
• Serve as a go-to resource for the field sales team regarding wholegoods inventory procedures.
• Uphold safety protocols in all tasks and responsibilities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required:

• Associate Degree or 2 + years’ work related and/or related military experience
• Strong decision making, and problem-solving skills based on multiple potential outcomes and plan contingencies
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
• Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
• Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
• Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from vendors, customers and employees
• Ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with diverse personalities in a team environment
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis capabilities
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Work and Power Point
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of retail equipment business, accounting principles, and practices
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time and work flexible hours
