Required:
- Associate Degree or 2 + years’ work related and/or related military experience
- Strong decision making, and problem-solving skills based on multiple potential outcomes and plan contingencies
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
- Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
- Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from vendors, customers and employees
- Ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with diverse personalities in a team environment
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis capabilities
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Work and Power Point
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of retail equipment business, accounting principles, and practices
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time and work flexible hours
