This position is responsible for determining if the company’s risk management, systems of control, and governance processes are adequate and functioning as intended. This position helps to ensure Titan is reporting financial information that investors can rely on and works with people throughout the company, both at the Store level and at our Shared Resources Center, to enhance efficiencies in business areas.
This position is responsible for assisting Manager – Financial Analysis & Treasury and senior business leaders with forward planning for the organization through preparation and analysis of financial models for revenue, expenses, inventory financing, capital planning, and bank/finance company compliance and performing various cash management activities.
This position is responsible for supporting store activities and training the Store Administration function on relevant systems and processes within Titan Machinery. The position is responsible for handling store questions/issues and training the store administration employees on the various support systems including ERP system processes and SOP’s utilized by the company in relation to the store administration roles within the business. As the company hires new personnel, acquires or starts up new stores, the incumbent is an integral part of the transition team that sets up and implements the Titan process and procedures in these stores.
