This position assists the Controller to produce and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and works to develop, maintain and improve the Company’s internal controls over financial reporting.
This position will lead the human resources business and administration team and provide HR business and HR compliance leadership for Titan Machinery North America. This position will build trusted relationships and partner with client groups to apply HR management principles and knowledge to establish rapport, trust, confidence and credibility with management and employees. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels within the organization. This position is responsible for HR compliance with federal, state, and local laws, policies, procedures, and best practices. This position must be sensitive to corporate goals, employee goodwill and business needs, while also administering HR services.
